Alix Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Alix of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Alix antibody (G-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The ALG-2-interacting protein, commonly known as Alix, plays a crucial role in cellular processes by facilitating the sorting and concentration of cargo proteins within multivesicular bodies, which are essential for proper intracellular transport and communication.
