- CRISPR/Cas9 KO Plasmids consists of AIP4-specific 20 nt guide RNA sequences derived from the GeCKO (v2) library
- For CRISPR gene knockout, gRNA sequences direct the Cas9 protein to induce a site-specific double strand break (DSB) in the genomic DNA

- **** NOTE: No corresponding HDR is available for this Knockout Plasmid. **** Please use sc-421158-KO-2 and sc-421158-HDR-2 if selection of cells using puromycin resistance is desired.
