SEE ALSO...

AIP4 Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the AIP4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AIP4 Antibody (G-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AIP4, also known as Itchy E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, which is essential for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. AIP4 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the ubiquitination of target proteins, thereby influencing various cellular processes such as signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. Multiple WW domains in AIP4 allow interaction with a variety of protein partners, facilitating the recognition and binding of substrates for ubiquitination. Understanding AIP4 function and interactions is vital, as dysregulation of ubiquitin ligases has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Using AIP4 (G-11) antibody in research can provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these critical biological processes.
