Adducin γ Antibody (G-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Adducin gamma protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Adducin gamma antibody (G-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Adducins are a family of cytoskeletal proteins encoded by three genes (α, β, γ), and play a crucial role in organizing the cortical actin cytoskeleton, which maintains cell shape and stability.
