SEE ALSO...

ACTR10 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ACTR10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ACTR10 (E-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ACTR10 protein, also known as Actin-related protein 10, ARP11, or HARP11, consists of 417 amino acids and is primarily located in the cytoplasm and cytoskeleton, playing a crucial role in cellular structure and motility. ACTR10 is a member of the actin family, which is essential for various cellular processes, including maintaining cell shape, enabling cell movement, and facilitating intracellular transport. Proper functioning of ACTR10 is vital for normal cellular dynamics, and dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. ACTR10 gene is situated on human chromosome 14, a region that harbors approximately 700 genes and is associated with significant genetic conditions, such as Alzheimer′s disease and α1-antitrypsin deficiency. Using anti-ACTR10 antibody (E-6) in research can provide valuable insights into the role of ACTR10 in health and disease.
