AChRδ Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects AChRδ of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AChRδ (C-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. AChRδ, also known as CHRND, is a critical component of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, which plays a vital role in synaptic transmission at the neuromuscular junction.
