AChRα1/3/5 Antibody (210) is a rat monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects AChRα1/3/5 in mouse, rat, human, bovine, and canine samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AChRα1/3/5 is a critical component of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor family, which plays a vital role in fast synaptic transmission by mediating the flow of ions across the cell membrane in response to acetylcholine binding. These receptors are predominantly located at the postsynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction and in the central nervous system, where they facilitate rapid communication between neurons and muscle cells.
