Abi-1 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Abi-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Abi-1 (B-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Abi-1 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in the context of the Abelson oncogene, which was first identified as a viral transforming agent in Abelson murine leukemia virus.
