    SEE ALSO...

ABCF1 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ABCF1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ABCF1 (H-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ABCF1 protein, also known as ATP-binding cassette sub-family F member 1, is a crucial 845 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene ABCF1, which plays a significant role in mRNA translation through interaction with eukaryotic initiation factor 2 (eIF2) and is associated with ribosomes. Notably, ABCF1 is unique among ABC transporters as ABCF1 lacks typical transmembrane domains, which are characteristic of most members of the ABC transporter family. ABCF1 is ubiquitously expressed and can be induced by tumor necrosis factor (TNF), highlighting ABCF1′s importance in cellular responses to stress. Furthermore, upon DNA damage, ABCF1 undergoes phosphorylation by either ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) or ATM and Rad3-related (ATR) kinases, which may influence ABCF1′s function in cellular repair mechanisms. The diverse applications of anti-ABCF1 antibody (H-3) make ABCF1 (H-3) antibody an essential tool for researchers studying the intricate roles of ABCF1 in cellular processes and potential implications in disease.
