ABCA6 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ABCA6 protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ABCA6 antibody (A-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ABCA6, consisting of 1617 amino acids, is a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) superfamily, which plays a crucial role in energy-dependent transport of diverse substrates across cellular membranes. ABCA6 (A-12) antibody targets a protein involved in lipid homeostasis during monocyte-to-macrophage differentiation, highlighting its importance in immune response and metabolic regulation.
