    SEE ALSO...

A1BG Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects A1BG protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). A1BG monoclonal antibody (F-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. A1BG, or α1B-glycoprotein, is a 495 amino acid secreted glycoprotein that features five immunoglobulin (Ig)-like V-type domains and is classified within the immunoglobulin superfamily. A1BG exists in normal adult plasma at an average concentration of 22 mg/dl and plays a crucial role in regulating cell behavior and recognition. A1BG interacts specifically with human CRISP-3, a member of the cysteine-rich secretory protein family, which is believed to be integral to the innate immune system. This interaction between A1BG and CRISP-3 helps prevent potentially harmful effects of free CRISP-3 circulating in the bloodstream, contributing to immune regulation and protection.
