    SEE ALSO...

A cyclase VIII Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects A cyclase VIII protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-A cyclase VIII antibody (B-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. A cyclase VIII (B-6) antibody enables research into ATP to cyclic AMP conversion, a vital second messenger involved in numerous signaling pathways regulating physiological processes such as metabolism, cell growth, and neuronal signaling. A cyclase VIII (B-6) monoclonal antibody supports studies in the central nervous system, where A cyclase VIII is one of three calcium-stimulated isoforms expressed in a region-specific manner, highlighting potential roles in modulating synaptic plasticity and cognitive functions. Anti-A cyclase VIII antibody (B-6) aids research into various neurological conditions, including alcoholism and Alzheimer′s disease, where A cyclase VIII dysregulation may contribute to impaired learning and memory. A cyclase VIII (B-6) monoclonal antibody facilitates studies showing that A cyclase VIII knock-out mice exhibit abnormal anxiety-related behavioral responses. A cyclase VIII (B-6) antibody serves as an essential tool for investigating cyclic AMP signaling in health and disease.
