타우 항체(Tau-13)는 인간 재조합 타우 단백질을 인식하기 위해 특별히 개발된 쥐 단일 클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. 항타우 항체(Tau-13)는 쥐, 쥐, 인간에서 유래된 모든 타우 이소폼을 검출할 수 있기 때문에 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전(IP), 면역형광(IF), 파라핀 포매 섹션(IHCP)을 이용한 면역조직화학적염색(IHC)과 같은 응용 분야에 적합합니다. Thank you for your question. This antibody was raised against recombinant Tau of human origin and is reactive with all Tau isoforms.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately this antibody has not been epitope mapped, so we do not have further information than what is provided on this product block. It is known to detect all Tau isoforms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good antibodyI have used this antibody for IF. The samples were fixed with MeOHl for 5 minutes at -20°C. After blocking solution, I have used the diluited antibody (1:300) for 1h at 37°C. Strong, clear signal with little background.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent antibody for a very famous protein!This anti-tau antibody is highly specific and identified multiple bands at around 55kda which is perfect. Both human Hek293 and HepG2 cells lines showed the expression of Tau protein based on this antibody and that matched expression pattern reported in human protein atlas. Tau is heavily phosphorylated and there are other post-transnational modifications reported in the literature.The extra high molecular weight bands may be due to multiple differential PTMs. Excellent choice and highly recommend this antibody for your research.
