LATS 항체

LATS1 항체(G-12)는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 LATS1 항체(LATS(대형 종양 억제제 초파리) 동종 1 항체, 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나제 LATS1 항체, 대형 종양 억제제 동종 1 항체로도 지정됨)입니다, 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 기원의 LATS1 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 WARTS 단백질 키나아제 항체, 사마귀 항체, LATS 대형 종양 억제 유사체 1 (초파리) 항체, LATS 대형 종양 억제 유사체 1 항체 또는 Wts 항체). Thank you for your question. LATS1 Antibody (G-12): sc-398560 is recommended for detection of LATS1 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA, so it will work for immunostaining in samples from those species.

We tried loading 30-50 ug of protein/well, blocking with BSA, not blocking at all, changing the Tween concentration in our buffers, increasing the primary and secondary concentrations....nothing. We even tried the kappa chain-specific SCBT secondary antibodies with no success.
