Integrin α11 항체(F-5)는 인간 유래의 Integrin 알파 11 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 Integrin 알파 11 항체(Integrin 알파 11 항체 또는 ITGA11 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. 인테그린 알파11 항체(F-5)는 비접합 항-인테그린 알파11 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-인테그린 알파11 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 인테그린은 비공유적으로 연결된 막 통과 α 및 β 서브유닛으로 구성된 이종이합체로, 이종이합체화되어 20개 이상의 서로 다른 수용체를 생성합니다. 대부분의 인테그린 수용체는 피브로넥틴, 콜라겐(COL), 비트로넥틴 등 세포 외 기질의 구성 요소인 리간드와 결합합니다. 특정 인테그린은 피브리노겐과 같은 수용성 리간드 또는 세포 내 접착 분자(ICAM)와 같은 인접 세포의 카운터수용체에 결합하여 세포 응집을 유도할 수도 있습니다. Is this antibody only reactive to human samples? I need a conjugated antibody against ITGA11 that reacts with mouse samples and that is compatible with flow cytometry.

Thank you for your question. Based on our tests with the product, Integrin α11/ITGA11 Antibody (F-5) is only recommended for detection of Integrin α11 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. We do not recommend it for use in any other species. We currently do not offer other antibodies specific against this particular target.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't work in IHCWe have tried a free sample of this antibody on human cryosections with acetone fixation and 1:100 diluition of the antibody. No signal was detected (we used another a11 antibody as positive control). A higher concentration of the antibody/longer incubation time could be considered to get a signal..
