c-Fos 항체

Fos B 항체(F-7)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 Fos B 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 Fos B 항체입니다. Fos B 항체(F-7)는 비접합 항-Fos B 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-Fos B 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. v-Fos 종양 유전자는 처음에 두 개의 독립적인 쥐 골육종 바이러스 분리체와 조류 신세포종 바이러스의 형질 전환 유전자로 확인되었습니다. 세포 상동체인 c-Fos는 다양한 약제에 의해 신속하고 일시적으로 유도되는 핵 인산화 단백질을 암호화하며 여러 유전자의 전사 조절자 역할을 합니다. 특정 DNA TPA반응 요소(TRE)에 결합하는 동이합체 및 이합체를 형성하는 c-Jun 단백질과 달리, c-Fos 단백질은 Jun 유전자 계열의 구성원들과만 이합체로 활성화됩니다. 마우스 Fos B는 338개의 아미노산으로 구성된 핵 단백질을 암호화하며, c-Fos와 70% 상동성을 가지고 있고, c-Fos와 유사한 발현 역학을 나타내며, TRE DNA 반응 요소에 결합하는 c-Jun 및 Jun B와 모두 헤테로다이머를 형성합니다. c-Fos 및 Fos B의 기능적 상동체에는 Fra-1 및 Fra-2 유전자가 포함됩니다.

Can Fos B Antibody (F-7) sc-398595 be used to detect DeltaFosB protein in rat tissue?

Can Fos B (F-7): sc-398595 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, Fos B (F-7): sc-398595 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.

I had negative and positive control in my experiments. IF: only cytoplasms have off-target immunostaining. WB: only have 116 kDa bands

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FosB antibody (F7): sc-398595I got the sample of this antibody a couple weeks ago. I am glad to test it in 4%PFA fixed brain sections using immunofluerence method. It work very well at the concentration 1:100 and 1:500. However, I did not get the positive data when I used it in immunohistochemistry by DAB staining. I'll will try a different secondary antibody to test whether it can work by DAB staining.
