FKBP51 항체(D-4)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 FKBP51 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 FKBP51 항체(FKBP5 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. FKBP51 항체(D-4)는 비접합 항-FKBP51 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-FKBP51 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 면역필린은 고도로 보존된 시스-트랜스 펩티딜-프릴 이소머라제 계열로 사이클로스포린, FK506 및 라파마이신과 같은 면역 억제 약물에 결합하여 그 효과를 매개합니다. 여러 관련 면역필린인 FKBP12, FKBP51, FKBP52는 세포질 FK506 결합 단백질로 리간드 결합 후 칼시뉴린의 포스파타제 활성을 기능적으로 억제하는 것이 특징입니다. 또한 유비쿼터스로 발현되는 FKBP12는 TGFβ-1형 수용체의 세포질 도메인과 결합하여 수용체의 비활성 형태를 안정화시키고 TGFβ 경로의 활성화를 차단합니다. Has this antibody been tested for non-cross-reactivity with FKBP52 or validated using FKBP51 knockouts?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is specific for FKBP51, it does not cross-react with FKBP52. It has not been validated with knockouts at this time.

Hi, I was wondering if I could get the Free trial size ( 10 µg) sample of FKBP51 (D-4): sc-271547? Also, I couldn't find it but do you have the secondary available for this antibody: anti-mouse monoclonal mouse IgG1 κ (kappa light chain)? Thansk, Ed.

Can FKBP51 (D-4): sc-271547 be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, FKBP51 (D-4): sc-271547 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody for western blotThe batch of antibody I have produced 1 major band on BJAB, HeLa, MCF7,Jurkat and K562 total cell extracts for western Blot. The band is specific. The antibody was diluted 250 times into 5% BSA,TBST and incubated over-night at 4°C.
