at what dilution have this antibody been used?

Thank you for your question. What dilution we use depends on the application it is being used for, as well as sample type and secondary reagents, but here is a general guideline of starting dilutions (further titration/optimization will be required): Western blot: 1:100 Immunofluorescence/IHC: 1:50 Most other applications, we recommend doing a titration.

what is the best blocking agent for this antibody BSA or fat free milk and in which buffer

Thank you for your question. Which blocking reagent depends on which application you are using the antibody for. For Western blot we recommend 5% milk with TBS-T. For IHC and IF applications we recommend using blocking serum derived from the same species in which the secondary antibody is raised.
