카스파제-4 항체(4B9)는 WB와 IP에 의해 인간 출처의 카스파제-4 단백질을 검출하는 IgG1 마우스 단일 클론 카스파제-4 항체(카스파제4 항체 또는 CASP4 항체로도 지정됨)이다. 카스파제-4 항체(4B9)는 비결합 항-카스파제-4 항체로 사용할 수 있다. 이전에 설명된 어떤 단백질분해효소 계열과도 순서, 구조 및 기질 특이성이 다른 독특한 시스테인 단백질분해효소 계열이 설명되었다. 이 계열인 Ced-3/카스파제-1은 카스파제-1, 카스파제-2, 카스파제-3, 카스파제-4, 카스파제-6, 카스파제-7 (Mch3, ICE-LAP3 또는 CMH-1로도 지정됨), 카스파제-9 및 카스파제-10으로 구성된다. Ced-3/카스파제-1 계열 구성체는 세포자멸사 기계의 주요 구성 요소로 기능하고 세포 수명에 중요한 특정 표적 단백질을 파괴하는 역할을 한다. 폴리(ADP-리보스) 중합효소는 DNA 돌연변이와 이중 가닥 파손을 조사하는 데 필수적인 역할을 한다. 카스파제-3, 카스파제-7 및 카스파제-9는 핵 단백질 PARP를 세포자멸사 단편으로 절단하는 것으로 나타났지만 카스파제-1은 그렇지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 카스파제-3이 아닌 카스파제-6은 핵 외피와 세포 형태의 무결성을 유지하는 데 중요한 핵 라민을 절단하는 것으로 나타났다. 카스파제-10은 세포자멸사 자극에 반응하여 카스파제-3 및 카스파제-7을 활성화시키는 것으로 나타났다.

May I ask can this antibody be used to detect the cleaved form of caspase-4?? #caspase-4 Antibody (4B9): sc-56056

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody, caspase-4 (4B9): sc-56056, has not been used before for detection of the specific apoptotic cleaved forms of caspase-4.

Does this antibody have an associated blocking peptide?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no expected bands including loading control GAPDHWe bought it ~ 2 weeks ago alone with its positive control (HeLa whole cell lysate: sc-2200). When running it with HUVECs, no band is visible for cleaved GASPASE 4. Even worse, when probing the same membrane with GAPDH antibody, no band shows up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked really well for meI got this antibody two weeks and I run a western blot on THP-1 cell lysate using 30ug of protein the result was stunning!! I use it in combination with sc-516102 and I got very clear bands and non-specific binding were NOT detected in any membrane. What can I say great product (as always) and competent technical service. The only issue I had was that I had to use a long exposure time.
