AR 항체(441)는 마우스, 쥐, 인간에서 유래한 안드로겐 수용체(AR) 단백질을 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전(IP), 면역형광(IF), 면역조직화학(IHC)을 통해 검출하는 마우스 단일클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. AR(441) 단일 클론 항체는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 과산화효소, 피코에리틴, 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트, 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합체 형태로 제공됩니다. AR은 남성 생식 생리학 및 표현형의 발달과 유지에 필수적인 테스토스테론과 디하이드로테스토스테론과 같은 안드로겐의 효과를 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 주로 표적 세포의 세포질과 핵에 위치한 AR은 리간드에 결합하면 구조적 변화를 겪으며, 이로 인해 AR이 유전자 발현을 조절하는 핵으로 이동할 수 있습니다. 핵 내 국소화는 전사 인자로서의 기능에 필수적이며, 세포 성장, 분화, 세포 사멸을 포함한 생물학적 과정에 영향을 미칩니다. 리간드가 없을 때 AR이 빠르게 분해되는 능력은 안드로겐 결합이 안드로겐 결합 유형에 따라 수용체 안정성을 크게 증가시키기 때문에 안드로겐 결합의 안정성과 기능에 대한 중요성을 강조합니다. I have had trouble getting this Ab (or any AR antibody I purchase from any company) to work. I normally do paraformaldehyde or formaldehyde fixation followed by ICC (cells) or do FFPE tissue with sodium citrate or EDTA tris antigen retrieval. Any tips?

Hi, I am interested in buying this ATB: AR(441) sc-7305 AF594 but I wonder if you sell it in smaller presentation than 100ul, maybe 20ul?

I keep getting band at 150kDa. Do you have any idea as to what this is?

Thank you for your question. The expected molecular weight for androgen receptor (AR) is ~ 110 kDa and 87 kDa (PMID: 16946014). We do not have any information about a 150 kDa size for AR.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding antibody!!This is by far the best antibody my lab has ever used to detect the full-length androgen receptor by western blot analysis of human prostate cancer cells. We have try over 6 other androgen receptor antibodies and have never had he same success. This antibody detects only one band migrating at about 110 kDa. Using this antibody at dilution of 1:1000 to 1:2000 in TBST + 3% BSA give a strong signal under 1.0 minute of film exposure using regular ECL.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work for mouse tissuesI have tried this antibody and it simply does not work for mouse tissues on IHC-P. I previously used N-20 (sc-816) and it used to give a beautiful nuclear staining. It is very frustrating since N-20 is discontinued. It seems that 441 is not a proper subsitiute for N-20.
