    SEE ALSO...

ZNF19 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF19 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF19 (B-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF19, also known as KOX12, is a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family of transcriptional regulators, characterized by its 458 amino acid length, which includes 10 C2H2-type zinc fingers and a single KRAB domain. The KRAB domain is particularly significant as it is believed to interact with the KAP1 protein, facilitating the recruitment of histone-modifying enzymes that play a crucial role in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation. The expression of ZNF19 is predominantly localized in the nucleus, underscoring its essential function in transcriptional regulation and cellular processes. Anti-ZNF19 antibody (B-11) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into the mechanisms of gene regulation and the role of zinc-finger proteins in various biological contexts.
