DNA pol ε A Antibody (D-10) は、IgG2a κ マウスモノクローナル DNA pol ε A 抗体 (DNA pol ε A 抗体) で、マウス、ラット、ヒト由来の DNA pol ε A タンパク質を WB、IP、IF、ELISA で検出します。DNA pol ε A Antibody (D-10) は、ノンコンジュゲートの抗 DNA pol ε A 抗体の他、アガロース、HRP、PE、FITC および複数の Alexa Fluor® コンジュゲートを含む複数のコンジュゲートタイプの抗 DNA pol ε A 抗体があります。ゲノムの安定性に必要なDNA複製、組換え、修復にはすべてエキソヌクレアーゼの存在が必要です。DNA複製においては、これらの酵素は岡崎フラグメントの処理に関与し、一方、DNA修復においては、損傷したDNAフラグメントの切除や組換えミスマッチの修正に機能する。これらの過程に関与するエキソヌクレアーゼには、DNAポリメラーゼがあり、DNA pol δとεが含まれる。DNA pol δは、スライディングDNAクランプタンパク質PCNAと直接相互作用するp125とp50の2つのサブユニットからなる。DNA pol δは細胞周期タンパク質によって制御される。DNA pol εは複数のサブユニットで構成される酵素であり、その触媒サブユニットはPOL2遺伝子によってコードされている。リード鎖とラギング鎖におけるDNA pol δとεの正確な触媒反応はまだ解明されていない。

How much dilution should I use for WB?

Thank you for your question. DNA pol e A (D-10) is recommended for detection of DNA pol e A of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blotting with a starting dilution of 1:100 and a dilution range of 1:100-1:1000.

Is it better to use a BSA or milk blocking solution with this antibody?

Thank you for your question. If you are using this antibody for Western blotting with chemiluminescent detection (ECL), then we recommend blocking in 5% nonfat milk in TBST. We also recommend incubating primary and secondary antibody in 5% nonfat milk in TBST. Please refer to our Western Blotting protocol online for more detailed information.

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with DNA pol ε A (D-10): sc-390785 monoclonal antibody?
