Cdc6 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdc6 of human origin through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cdc6 monoclonal antibody (D-1) is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cdc6 plays a crucial role in the initiation of DNA replication, which is essential for cell division and proper progression of the cell cycle. Cdc6 helps maintain genomic stability and prevents errors that could lead to cell malfunction or disease by ensuring DNA replication occurs at the right time. Cdc6 interacts with several key proteins involved in cell cycle regulation, including cyclin-dependent kinases and various ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, which are vital for transition between different phases of the cell cycle.
