Rab 3B Activators

Rab 3B is a member of the Rab subfamily of small GTPases, which are key regulators of vesicle trafficking in cells. These proteins typically alternate between an inactive GDP-bound state and an active GTP-bound state. Their activation is closely regulated by guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs), which facilitate the exchange of GDP for GTP, while GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) enhance GTP hydrolysis, returning the GTPase to its inactive state.
