L'anticorps Pol II (A-10) est un anticorps monoclonal de souris IgG2b à chaîne légère kappa qui détecte l'ARN polymérase II (Pol II) dans des échantillons de souris, de rats et d'humains par western blotting (WB), immunoprécipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF) et enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). L'anticorps anti-Pol II (A-10) est disponible sous forme non conjuguée et sous diverses formes conjuguées, notamment agarose, peroxydase de raifort (HRP), phycoérythrine (PE), isothiocyanate de fluorescéine (FITC) et plusieurs conjugués Alexa Fluor®. L'ARN polymérase II joue un rôle crucial dans la transcription des gènes codant pour les protéines, et son bon fonctionnement est essentiel pour la régulation de l'expression des gènes. L'ARN polymérase II est constituée de douze sous-unités, RPB1 (également connue sous le nom de RPB205) étant une protéine de 1 840 acides aminés comportant un doigt de zinc de type C2H2 et un domaine C-terminal riche en répétitions heptapeptidiques. RPB1 est indispensable à l'activité catalytique et à la formation du domaine de liaison à l'ADN nécessaire à la transcription de la matrice d'ADN. L'interaction de RPB1 avec la deuxième plus grande sous-unité est essentielle pour former le centre actif de l'ARN polymérase II, et son dysfonctionnement peut entraîner une altération de la synthèse de l'ARNm et de l'élongation de la transcription. L'anticorps monoclonal Pol II (A-10) est un outil précieux pour les chercheurs qui étudient la régulation de la transcription et les mécanismes moléculaires qui sous-tendent l'expression des gènes dans divers contextes biologiques.

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
