GKLF Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects GKLF in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GKLF, or gut Kruppel-like factor, is a zinc finger transcription factor that plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during cellular growth, differentiation, and tissue homeostasis, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract. GKLF regulates processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and epithelial barrier function in maintaining intestinal epithelium integrity.
