    SEE ALSO...

G-CSFR Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects G-CSFR of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). G-CSFR (F-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor (G-CSFR) plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis by mediating the effects of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), which is essential for the proliferation and differentiation of neutrophil precursors in the bone marrow. G-CSFR is primarily located on the surface of hematopoietic cells, and proper functioning is vital for maintaining normal immune responses and combating infections. Upon binding with G-CSF, G-CSFR forms homodimeric complexes, which is a unique feature among hematopoietic receptors that typically form heteromeric complexes. Additionally, G-CSFR undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in distinct variants, including a soluble form that can modulate G-CSF signaling in the extracellular environment. Understanding G-CSFR structure and function is important for developing therapeutic strategies targeting this receptor in various hematological disorders and conditions characterized by neutrophil dysregulation.
