ERβ Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ERβ protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ERβ antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Estrogen receptors, such as ERβ, play a crucial role in mediating estrogen effects, which regulate numerous physiological processes, including reproductive function, bone density, and cardiovascular health. ERβ protein is primarily located in the nucleus, functioning as a transcription factor, binding to estrogen response elements in target genes to modulate expression.
