Villin Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Villin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Villin antibody (E-12) plays a crucial role in understanding the structure and function of Villin, which is a Ca2+-regulated actin-binding protein primarily found in the brush border of absorptive epithelial cells.
