p-Rb Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa antibody that detects Ser 795 phosphorylated Rb of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-Rb (B-4) antibody is available in a non-conjugated form, specifically designed for detecting phosphorylated retinoblastoma protein, which plays a crucial role in regulating cell cycle progression, differentiation, and apoptosis.
