Nischarin Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Nischarin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Nischarin is a novel intracellular protein that plays a crucial role in regulating cell migration by interacting with integrin α5/β1 and various members of the PAK family of kinases. Specifically, anti-Nischarin antibody (B-3) binds to PAK1, inhibiting its ability to phosphorylate substrates, which is vital for controlling cellular signaling pathways that govern motility and cytoskeletal dynamics. Nischarin localizes primarily in the cytoplasm, particularly in the kidney and brain, underscoring its importance in cellular functions and signaling within these tissues. By modulating the activity of Rac and influencing actin filament organization, Nischarin contributes to the intricate balance of cell movement and stability, making Nischarin a significant player in processes such as wound healing and tissue remodeling. Nischarin (B-3) antibody′s versatility in various applications allows researchers to explore Nischarin′s role in different biological contexts, enhancing our understanding of its function in health and disease.
