Dvl-2 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Dvl-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dvl-2, a member of the dishevelled protein family, plays a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and embryonic development. Dvl-2 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and translocates to the plasma membrane upon Wnt signaling activation, where Dvl-2 interacts with frizzled receptors.
