VPS41 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects VPS41 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). VPS41, also known as HVPS41, is an essential vacuolar sorting protein composed of 854 amino acids, featuring one clathrin repeat and one RING-type zinc finger, which are critical for cellular trafficking functions. VPS41 exists in two alternatively spliced isoforms, short and long, and is vital for proper assembly and trafficking of vacuoles, facilitating formation and fusion of transport vesicles originating from the Golgi apparatus.
