Stat6 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Stat6 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Stat6 plays a crucial role in mediating the signaling pathways of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13), which are essential for the regulation of immune responses and the differentiation of T-helper cells.
