Der Pro-COL1A2-Antikörper (D-6) ist ein monoklonaler Maus IgG1 λ Pro-COL1A2-Antikörper (auch als Pro-COL1A2-Antikörper oder Kollagen 1-Typ COL1A2-Antikörper bezeichnet), der Pro-COL1A2 von Maus-, Ratte- und menschlicher Herkunft mittels WB, IP, IF, IHC (P) und ELISA nachweist. Der Pro-COL1A2-Antikörper (D-6) ist als nicht konjugierte Form des Anti-Pro-COL1A2-Antikörpers sowie als mehrere konjugierte Formen des Anti-Pro-COL1A2-Antikörpers, einschließlich Agarose, HRP, PE, FITC und mehreren Alexa Fluor®-Konjugaten, erhältlich. Die umfangreiche Familie von COL-Genprodukten (Kollagenen) besteht aus mehreren Kettenarten, einschließlich fibrillenbildender interstitieller Kollagen (Typen I, II, III und V) und Basalmembrankollagen (Typ IV), wobei jeder Typ mehrere Isoformen enthält. Kollagene sind faserige, extrazelluläre Matrixproteine mit hoher Zugfestigkeit und sind die Hauptbestandteile des Bindegewebes, wie Sehnen und Knorpel.
