HDAC4 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects HDAC4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HDAC4, or Histone Deacetylase 4, plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation by removing acetyl groups from histones, leading to chromatin condensation and transcriptional repression. This function maintains cellular homeostasis and regulates processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of HDAC4 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making anti-HDAC4 antibody (D-1) an important tool for therapeutic research.
