SEE ALSO...

GSDMDC1 Antibody (64-Y) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GSDMDC1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GSDMDC1 antibody (64-Y) is available as non-conjugated format. GSDMDC1, consisting of 484 amino acids, plays a crucial role in regulating cell death and inflammation, which is vital for maintaining tissue homeostasis and responding to cellular stress. GSDMDC1 function is particularly important in various diseases, including cancer, where dysregulation of cell death pathways can lead to tumor progression and resistance to therapy. GSDMDC1 gene is located on human chromosome 8, a region implicated in several genetic disorders and malignancies. Notably, alterations in chromosome 8, such as translocations and amplifications, are often associated with poor prognoses in leukemias and lymphomas. Understanding GSDMDC1′s role in these processes can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers for disease progression.
