ATP6 Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Santa Cruz Biotechnology bietet eine Vielzahl von ATP6-Antikörpern zur Untersuchung der Rolle von ATP6 in zellulären Prozessen. Monoklonale ATP6-Antikörper sind für verschiedene Anwendungen validiert, darunter Western Blotting (WB), Immunpräzipitation (IP), Immunfluoreszenz (IF), Immunhistochemie mit Paraffin eingebetteten Schnitten (IHCP), Durchflusszytometrie (FCM) und Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). ATP6, eine Untereinheit des ATP-Synthase-Komplexes, spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der ATP-Produktion, die für den Energiestoffwechsel in den Zellen unerlässlich ist. ATP6 hält den zellulären pH-Wert und die Ionenhomöostase aufrecht und ist damit für zahlreiche physiologische Prozesse unerlässlich.
