TRAP1 Inhibitors

Chemical inhibitors of TRAP1 include a range of compounds that interact with the protein in various ways to inhibit its function. Gamitrinib binds directly to TRAP1, disrupting its chaperone activity crucial for protein folding and stabilization, which is essential for maintaining mitochondrial integrity and regulating apoptosis.
