Smo Activators

Smo activators belong to a chemical class of compounds that target the Smoothened (Smo) protein, a critical component of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. This signaling pathway plays a fundamental role in embryonic development, tissue repair, and stem cell maintenance.
