LIN-15B Inhibitors

Lapatinib inhibits the tyrosine kinases of HER2 and EGFR. Inhibition of these pathways can impact cell proliferation and survival where LIN-15B could be involved. Thus, Lapatinib's inhibition of HER2 and EGFR could lead to inhibition of LIN-15B function in these pathways.

Bortezomib is a proteasome inhibitor. By inhibiting the proteasome, it can prevent the degradation of cell cycle regulators and induce cell cycle arrest. LIN-15B's involvement in cell cycle regulation suggests that proteasome inhibition could indirectly inhibit the functional role of LIN-15B by stabilizing proteins that negatively regulate the cell cycle.
