HURP Antibodies

Santa Cruz Biotechnology features a diverse variety of HURP Antibodies for investigating HURP (HURP1) in cellular processes. HURP Antibodies are validated for multiple applications, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HURP plays a crucial role in regulating microtubule dynamics and ensures proper mitotic spindle assembly during cell division. The regulation of microtubule dynamics by HURP maintains genomic stability throughout the cell cycle. Research has shown that abnormal HURP expression levels correlate with various types of cancer development. Investigating HURP function continues to reveal new insights about cell division mechanisms and cancer biology. Understanding HURP's role in spindle assembly could lead to innovative cancer treatment strategies. Ongoing studies of HURP regulation provide valuable information about cell cycle control and chromosome segregation. Santa Cruz Biotechnology monoclonal antibodies for HURP research support scientists in making discoveries that advance cancer biology and therapeutic development.
