GEF-H1 Inhibitors

GEF-H1 inhibitors are chemical compounds designed to interfere with the activity of GEF-H1, a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that plays a crucial role in the regulation of Rho GTPases. Rho GTPases are signaling molecules involved in various cellular processes such as cytoskeleton organization, cell migration, proliferation, and gene expression.
