GAGE2A Inhibitors

Inhibitors of GAGE2A function through a variety of biochemical mechanisms to disrupt the signaling pathways and cellular processes that this protein may be involved in. One class of inhibitors targets kinase-dependent pathways, crucial for cell cycle regulation and proliferation, which are fundamental processes where GAGE2A is implicated. By preventing the phosphorylation required for cell proliferation, these inhibitors can lead to the decreased functional activity of GAGE2A.
