DDAH Antibodies

Santa Cruz Biotechnology features a diverse variety of DDAH monoclonal antibodies for research in the field of nitric oxide metabolism. DDAH Antibodies are validated for multiple techniques, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDAH, or dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase, plays a crucial role in regulating the levels of asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), an endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase. By modulating nitric oxide production, DDAH is essential for maintaining vascular health and regulating blood pressure. Dysregulation of DDAH activity has been implicated in various cardiovascular diseases, making DDAH research critical for understanding these conditions. Researchers can explore the mechanisms of nitric oxide signaling and its implications in health and disease using specific DDAH detection methods. Understanding DDAH function and regulation contributes to the development of new therapeutic strategies for cardiovascular disorders. The relationship between DDAH and nitric oxide metabolism continues to be an active area of investigation in vascular biology. Santa Cruz Biotechnology monoclonal antibodies enable researchers worldwide to advance scientific understanding of DDAH's role in cardiovascular health and disease.
