CARD14 Activators

CARD14 Activators are a collection of chemical compounds that facilitate the enhancement of CARD14 activity through specific cellular signaling pathways. The activators work by engaging with pathways that CARD14 is known to participate in or influence, particularly those involved in NF-kB signaling, which is a key pathway in inflammatory and immune responses. CARD14 Activators consist of a diverse range of chemical compounds that indirectly augment the functional activity of CARD14 through distinct signaling pathways and cellular processes. Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) enhances CARD14 function by activating protein kinase C (PKC), which in turn can trigger NF-kB signaling, a pathway where CARD14 plays a pivotal role.
