锌指蛋白含有DNA结合域，并具有多种功能，其中大部分涉及某种形式的转录激活或抑制。ZNF313（锌指蛋白313），也称为RNF114（RING指蛋白114）或ZNF228，是一种由228个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，含有一个RING型锌指（一个可以结合两个锌原子的结构域，参与泛素化途径），并且在成熟的睾丸中大量表达。由于可选择性剪接事件，ZNF313以两种同工型存在，被认为在精子发生和男性生育中发挥作用。此外，编码ZNF313的基因可能与银屑病易感性的增加有关，银屑病是一种免疫介导的皮肤病，其特征是表皮上出现红色鳞屑斑块。

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-101116: ZNF313 (SM-3) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
