This antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-32760 PE), fluorescein (sc-32760 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-32760 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-32760 AF647). Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reasonably potent and specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was medium detection of the ~70 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested, except for three proteins in the 80-300 kDa range.
