YAP1抗体（63.7）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆YAP抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的YAP。YAP1抗体（63.7）以非偶联的抗YAP抗体形式提供。Yes相关蛋白，也称为YAP，是一种14-3-3结合分子，最初因其能与Yes的SH3结构域结合而被认识。YAP与14-3-3的结合需要在YAP 14-3-3结合基序中的同源丝氨酸残基（Ser 112）进行磷酸化。高度保守且普遍表达的14-3-3蛋白通过结合参与信号转导的细胞内磷蛋白来调节分化、细胞周期进程和凋亡。YAP可能以由14-3-3蛋白调节的方式将质膜和细胞骨架的事件与细胞核中的转录抑制联系起来。YAP与具有PDZ结合基序的转录共激活因子TAZ的WW结构域具有同源性，其通过结合存在于转录因子中的PPXY基序而作为转录共激活因子发挥作用。YAP在肺、胎盘、前列腺、卵巢和睾丸中高表达。

what is the primary ab dilution recommended for YAP in frozen immune cells by ICC (immunocytochemistry)? or has the company tested a range for the primary ab for YAP detection by IF?

Thank you for your question. We have not validated our antibodies for iCC. The dilution range for IF is 1:50-1:500.

Hello, Hello, Would you please tell me if the anti-YAP1 antibody (SC- 101199, clone 63.7) recognizes the unphosphorylated form as well as the phosposphorylated form of YAP1 ? Many thanks, Best regards, F. Mascarelli, Ph.D.

Is this reactive to chicken YAP1? Are any of the YAP1 antibodies reactive to chicken YAP1?

Thank you for your question. YAP1 Antibody (63.7): sc-101199 is only recommended for detection of YAP of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. We have not tested this or any other YAP1 antibody in avian cell or tissue samples.

Could you please recommend how to perform a suitable antigen retrieval for this antibody (YAP 63.7) on the Paraffin-embedded section immunofluorescence staining? (which buffer/pH or temperature is favorable?)

hi all.. currently using the sc101199 clone for immunohistoichemistry. Can someone suggest a proper pH for epitope retrieval? What buffer is best for the purpose?

Does this antibody(YAP sc-101199) recognize TAZ? If so, what is immunogen? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. No, there is no significant homology between the sequence used to raise our YAP antibody sc-101199 and the protein TAZ. We have no reason to expect cross-reactivity. This antibody was raised against recombinant YAP of human origin, but the exact immunogen has not been mapped.
