TRAF1 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects TRAF1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TRAF1 plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses and cell survival by mediating signaling pathways initiated by various receptors, including the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R). TRAF1 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where TRAF1 forms complexes with other signaling molecules, such as TRAF2, to propagate downstream signaling cascades that influence cell proliferation and apoptosis. The proper functioning of TRAF1 is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis, and dysregulation of TRAF1 activity has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. Anti-TRAF1 antibody (E-10) is an essential tool for researchers aiming to explore the intricate mechanisms of TNF receptor signaling and its implications in health and disease.
